Long and Short Term Storage – Why Choose Wentworth Many of our customers find they need to put household effects into store for a long or short period of time. You could have a heritage to store or you may be working abroad for a period of years and require the flexibility of long or short term storage. Professional Packing If you need your goods to be wrapped or packed into cartons, or furniture to be protected prior to storage, our team or highly skilled packers will pack and wrap for you to ensure your goods are protected. Collection and Delivery Service Our trained removal crew will arrive at your home and pack your possessions into a secure wooden storage container (s). This means you do not have the hassle of transporting the goods yourself and having to lift heavy items. All goods placed into store will be listed on an inventory, this is completed by our removal crew and each container will have its own separate itinerary. This helps with locating items should you need to retrieve any items. When you are ready to for delivery, Wentworth will deliver your consignment to your new home on a convenient date and time. All effects will be off loaded and placed in its desired position. Payment made easy You can choose to pay your storage fees either monthly, quarterly or yearly. We accept cheque, credit card or direct debit. If however you choose to pay by cheque there will be an administration charge of £5 + Vat added to your storage invoice. Storage Insurance We always recommend that you consider taking out insurance whilst your consignment is in store. We can offer insurance which includes cover against fire and theft. Your transit insurance will also cover your possessions from when they come out of storage to the final delivery.
